WATER STREET COMES ALIVE FOR EAUX CLAIRES
The Eaux Claires Water Street Faire is a free, all-ages celebration happening Thursday, July 23 from 12 to 8 p.m. on Water Street from 3rd Ave to 5th Ave, part of the Week On Water Street event.
Get ready for the best from Water Street businesses, local artists and makers, food trucks, community vendors, a beer garden, live music from Jim Pullman, Auronova, and more, plus interactive public art experiences including a yarn bomb installation, collaborative doodle wall, brewers mural unveiling, envelope exchange, and drum circle. It is a lively summer event designed to showcase the creativity, energy, and community spirit of the Water Street district.

Yarn Bombing Installation
Led by local artist Paula Gorski. Participants contribute to a collaborative yarn sculpture using wrapped branches and colorful fiber materials.
Collaborative Doodle Wall
Created by local artist Patricia Hawkenson (Color the Chippewa Valley Coloring Book). Visitors add doodles, notes, and drawings throughout the day.
Envelope Exchange
Interactive kindness installation where attendees leave and receive uplifting handwritten messages.
Drum Circle
Hosted by local Micah Davis featuring recurring collaborative drumming sessions throughout the day.

Brewers Pop-Up Mural Unveiling
Public viewing and unveiling of the new Brewers mural installation on Water Street by local artist Jenna Wood — a major new addition to the district’s growing public art presence.
Eaux Claires Water Street Faire is an invitation to spend the day in one of Eau Claire’s most creative and character-filled districts. With local businesses, artists, makers, music, food, and community experiences all woven together, the event is designed to capture the energy of A Week On Water Street and give people a fun, easy reason to explore, linger, and connect. It is a celebration of local flavor, artistic expression, and the kind of shared summer atmosphere that makes this district so memorable.

Organic cannabinoid products grown on our farm in Eau Claire. We create top shelf oil tinctures, edibles, and pain salves with a wide variety of ratios of CBD CBG and THC. Our CO2 extraction process provides extracts that include the phytoterpenes for extra benefits. We never use synthetics, our products are made only from our natural plant extracts.

KaNa Drinkware
We sell tumblers, mugs, and glasses that are Eau Claire-themed based on pictures in the area that we form into Wisconsiny shapes. And some Nic Cage ones, too. We also sell canvas totes and stickers (same themes). The designs are original and handmade. We support local non-profits as well. 20% of our profits go to the Eau Claire County Treatment Courts and to Literacy of Chippewa Valley.

Introducing Eat O'Clock Food Truck, the ultimate destination for Hmong comfort food on wheels! Our menu features a delightful selection that showcase rich flavors: pork belly, Hmong sausage, and chicken quarter. Our sides include chicken, pork, and shrimp skewers, crispy fried chicken wings, tempura shrimps, egg rolls , papaya salad, sticky rice, and fried rice, and coconut sticky rice with fresh mango. We also have a drink menu of tropical refreshers and lemonade for those hot summer days.

Honey Hill Apiary LLC
Honey Hill Apiary is located on a five generation family farm in Maiden Rock, Wisconsin, along the panoramic Mississippi River Valley. The Sjostroms work from this location in the production of their pure, unadulterated honey and by-products. The honey business began as a 4-H project and the supplies and bees came through the mail from the Sears and Roebuck catalogue. This project started a chain reaction and has thus created three generations of beekeeping.
Honey Hill Apiary manages around 400 hives. The Sjostroms are very proud to bring you their line of honey products that are produced locally and are 100% pure honey. In addition we specialize in several various beeswax products and creamed honey.

Ewe and Me Wool Company, LLC
Environmentally friendly garden products is our focus!
Ewe and Me Wool Company is two local shepherds working hard to make a great all natural, 100% wool product to grow happy plants and a healthier earth. We have been open for business in Eau Claire for almost 3 years and we love providing our customers with a sustainable and renewable way to fertilize their plants. Our Woolly Belly Pellets and Sheepy Shreds are in several locations around the city. I'm an independent henna tattoo artist. I mix my own henna, which is a natural plant-based dye that is free of harmful additives. I have a wide range of designs that vary from small to large, and are enjoyed by both children and adults. All my tattoos are drawn via freehand by me, and my designs are original creations.

Genos Bakeshoppe LLC
We only sell 3 items. Deep fried cream puffs, Elephant ears (plain, honey, or cream cheese icing on top) and Donut holes ( plain, granulated sugar, powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar and do any combo of them. They are made in the concession stand and we line price all 3 items at $7.00.

Fetching Feldy’s is an Eau Claire-based pet boutique specializing in sustainably crafted reversible bandanas. By designing our products as conversation-starters, we empower local pet owners to build community bonds, turning every routine outing into an opportunity for social connection.
