Downtown Eau Claire Trick-or-Treating brings hundreds of families to North & South Barstow Streets for a fun, safe, and festive Halloween event in the heart of the city. Kids and parents are invited to dress up in their favorite costumes and stroll from business to business as downtown shops and partners hand out candy and treats along the route. It’s a chance to show off creative costumes, fill those buckets, and enjoy a lively community atmosphere as “all sorts of characters” take over downtown ahead of Halloween.
