Join Downtown Eau Claire, Inc on August 13th, 2025 at the 11th annual Grand Evening on the Bridge! As the largest fundraiser for Downtown Eau Claire, Inc, proceeds from this evening are used to plan other low-cost or free events in our downtown and support our efforts to make our downtown a place for all to enjoy.
Your ticket includes a multi-course meal with a fine selection of beverage pairings prepared and served by DECI member caterers and Downtown DECI Member restaurants. Musical performances and a beautiful view of our Downtown add to make this special evening one you'll be looking forward to year after year.

Attending the dinner?
Here are some FAQ to get you ready for the night!
Check-In Process
Check-in opens at 5:30pm and takes place at the welcome tents at each entrance to the Grand Avenue Bridge. You will receive an event program and your table assignment.
No need to bring a confirmation email—just share your name (or the name of the person who registered you).
Once checked in, locate your table, drop your belongings, and enjoy the start of the evening! Beer, wine, and soda will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
Weather
The forecast has been changing daily, but as of now, it looks like we'll enjoy warm temperatures in the 80s with plenty of sunshine. We’ll continue to monitor weather conditions closely and recommend that guests bring a light layer, it tends to get breezy on the bridge as the evening goes on.
In the event of inclement weather, this year’s alternate venue will be The Lismore Event Space.

All ticketholders will be notified of any venue change via email by 2:00 PM on Wednesday, August 13th.

Notifications will be sent to the email addresses provided during registration.

There will also be signage on the bridge noting the shift of location.
We’re much better prepared this year, thanks to lessons learned from last year’s last-minute venue change (the first time it's ever had to move in 10 years).
Dress Code
The evening’s dress code is business casual, but we want you to feel comfortable, whatever that looks like for you. Whether that means a blazer, a sundress, or your favorite polished jeans, come as you are and enjoy the night.

Restrooms

Standard and ADA restrooms are accessible at both ends of the bridge at The Grand Theatre (West Side) and Porta-Potties & Handwash Station(East Entrance).
Parking

Parking is available on both the east and west sides of the bridge (click here for maps).

ADA Parking: We have three dedicated parking spots for those with ADA needs on the East side of the bridge, as noted in the map. If you have any additional questions or ADA needs please don’t hesitate to reach out ahead of time!
