Join us in participating in one or more of Downtown's Spooky Season Events. This year, DECI will be celebrating Trick-or-Treat on Saturday, October 25th from 10 am to 12 pm on Barstow St (North + South). We will also include businesses in the Water St and W. Grand BIDs on our maps and event info pages! Additionally, DECI is hosting a Spooky Storefront competition which will run from October 1st - October 31st. Decorate your storefront windows for a chance to clinch the 2025 Spookiest Storefront award! The public is encouraged to complete a walking tour of all participating businesses and will be able to cast their votes virtually. Whether your business is located in Downtown Eau Claire or not, you are welcome to join in the fun!
