Advertising Schedule The DECI Pipeline is distributed every other Friday. Upcoming 2024 publication dates: October 24 November 7 November 21 December 5 December 19 The biweekly schedule will continue through 2025. Holiday Advertising Rates (Through End of 2025) DECI Members: $30 per Pipeline issue Non-Members: $50 per Pipeline issue Reserve your space today and make your message part of Downtown Eau Claire’s conversation! DECI Pipeline Advertising Policy To ensure quality and consistency in each issue of the DECI Pipeline, all advertisers are required to follow the submission guidelines below. Artwork Submission Deadline All advertisement artwork must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on the Monday preceding the Friday Pipeline publication date. Example: If the Pipeline is scheduled for Friday, November 7, artwork must be received by Monday, November 3 at 5:00 PM. Late Submissions Any artwork received after the stated deadline may not be included in that week’s Pipeline and may be pushed to the next available publication date. Please note: No refunds will be issued for missed deadlines. However, a credit will be applied toward a future Pipeline advertising opportunity. Artwork Specifications All artwork must be final and publication-ready at the time of submission. DECI staff will not create, edit, or alter any advertisement artwork provided by the business.
