The River Lights at Phoenix Park
The River Lights at Phoenix Park are downtown Eau Claire's signature lit landmark that can be seen and enjoyed from many areas of downtown.
170 energy-efficient LED lights transform the Phoenix Park Footbridge into a nightly light display that makes Downtown Eau Claire even more vibrant and exciting.
The River Lights have been made possible through an ongoing partnership among Downtown Eau Claire, Inc., the Rotary Club of Eau Claire, the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, and the City of Eau Claire.
