A NEW WAY TO PAY: PASSPORT PARKING

On April 15, 2023, the City of Eau Claire will launch a new way to pay for parking in the Gibson Street & North Barstow Ramps, as well as in the Four Corners Lot (at the corner of E. Grand Ave and S. Barstow) and the Water Street Lot.

Parking will remain at $0.50 per hour in the parking ramps and the Water Street Lot. The Four Corners Lot will cost $1.00 per hour to park.

The Passport Parking System will allow parkers in ramps and paid surface lots to pay for parking via the Passport Parking App for an easier, quicker parking experience. Parking ramp users will also be able to pay via coin or card at kiosks located inside both parking ramps.

Explore the links below to find out where to download the app and how to use the new system. Current rates/times apply to ramps and lots until the changeover.
