CEOs Chip Pearson and Zach Halmstad received the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the "Technology Software" category in the Upper Midwest. The award is given to those who show great leadership and entrepreneurial drive. Pearson and Halmstad were presented with the award at the Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis on June 11, 2014. Both have given back to the community tremendously. Supporting the confluence project and partnering with the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire for a college internship program are just a few ways JAMF Software shows its commitment to community. JAMF Software was founded in 2002 with a goal to help customers manage their Apple devices. Now they have over 4,000 customers and businesses across four continents. Pearson and Halmstad are eligible for the Entrepeneur of the year 2014 national program. The winner will be announced at the annual awards gala in Palm Springs, California, on November 15, 2014.
