Mona Lisa's Restaurant

Lisa Aspenson and John Mogenson opened Mona Lisa's in 1994. The restaurant offers a contemporary Italian and Mediterranean restaurant serving pasta, seafood, steak, salad, pizza, and more. There's also a large variety of wines, 13 tap beers, and a full service bar.

Outdoor dining, with a fireplace is available, as well as a private party room. Mona Lisa's, at 428 Water Street, is open at 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Celebrate 20 years of being in business with Mona Lisa's!

The Livery

The Livery (a.k.a. Cowtown Saloon), located in downtown Eau Claire's North Barstow District, is one of the area's newer restaurants. The Livery is known for its cuisine and made-fresh drinks from the bar. Opened in 2009, the locally-owned restaurant features a casual, fun atmosphere with a full bar, ample seating on two levels, game room, and private outdoor patio with a brick fire pit.

The Livery is located within walking distance to Phoenix Park area, and is a neighbor to several shops and service businesses in the North Barstow redevelopment area.

Stella Blues

Stella Blues is a Cajun influenced restaurant, and can be found on E. Madison Street. The restaurant serves sandwiches, seafood, steak, pasta and offers vegetarian choices. Along with food, Stella Blues has 21 draft beers, and a wide variety of martini's, mojitos, and margaritas. The veranda will be opening soon for outdoor dining, and there's a private room upstairs for social functions.

Mogie's Pub

Located in the historic Water Street district, Mogie's has been serving food and fun for more than a decade!

The goal is simple, they say-please customers by serving the best in classic pub fare, prepared to order, in a friendly, casual atmosphere. The Pub is open Monday through Saturday at 11 am and food is served until midnight.
