Go backPosted: July 25, 2013 Four Businesses Enter DECI's Jump-Start Competition
This year, DECI is offering a grand prize of $5,000 in start-up capital and a DECI media package worth $500. The competition is open to any type of business as long as they are interested in operating downtown.
This year's participants include:
Capture Life

Capture life is a studio offering yoga, fitness classes, educational opportunities, and other services targeting pregnant women and mothers.
Clever Owl

Clever Owl is a full-service creative agency that is modern, digitally savvy, and ready to take flight. They offer top-tier graphic design, full writing services, and custom web development.
The District
(Tim Sexton, Benny Kusuma, Arturo Schwencke)
The District is a concept café that introduces an innovator-friendly retail environment that encourages start-up kick starters and risk taking initiatives.
Spin Vision

Spin Vision offers a full line of digital media and marketing services, with an emphasis in virtual tours and mobile marketing/ advertising for local real estate, local businesses, and tourism industries.
The ceremony begins at 12:00 noon in the Eau Claire River Room of the RCU corporate center. Lunch catered by former Jump-Start winner The Smiling Moose Deli begins at 12:00 p.m. with the awards to follow. Tickets are $10 per person.
