The second annual block party coincided with the Urban Living Tour and the Open Air Festival of the Arts on June 8. The event drew people toward the business district of downtown. A scavenger hunt wove citizens through the downtown shops, restaurants offered specials and live music accompanied visitors to the downtown area.
