Posted: July 12, 2012 Child Emergency ID Kits Available at Summer Fest!

The thought of your child going missing is an unthinkable one to any parent, however, it is a scary reality many face every day. According to those with the Farmer's Market Insurance Group nearly 2,000 children are reported missing every day, and of those 34% of their parents do not have the vital information readily available to aid in a search.

The Farmers M.I.L.K. Program (managing information on lost kids) is helping to try and change that. According to the Farmers website the M.I.L.K. Program provides parent with identification software that includes a standardized high quality digital image of their child with a place to record current detailed characteristics.

This year at Summer Fest on August 4th the Farmers Insurance Group will be offering free kids ID kits to parents. Come down and check it out, and for more information on the M.l.L.K. Program go to the Farmers website here.
