EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)- It was a bit crowded in downtown Eau Claire Saturday, with streets closed off for the 38th International Fall Festival.
More than 10,000 people walked along South Barstow Street, Saturday.
“The streets are just completely packed, you can barely get around,” Festival Organizer Salina Heller expressed.
The 38th International Fall Festival gave way for people to take part in a cultural experience and visit downtown Eau Claire.
“It’s just great because it's a celebration of Eau Claire and a lot of different cultures,” Bruce Hering said, who was visiting his hometown of Eau Claire from Madison.
