In February of 2002 Executive Chef Guy Logan and General Manager Jon Seybold decided to put behind them their 40 years of private country club experience, mortgage their homes to the hilt and opened Houligans Steak & Seafood Pub. Little did they know they would need equal parts luck and experience to carry them through their first few years in business? Now several years later, Chef Logan and GM Seybold have used their experience, luck and dedication to quality to establish Houligans Steak & Seafood Pub as one of the most popular fine dining restaurants in Eau Claire.
