On October 31, 2012, Eau Claire's streets will be overrun with witches, goblins and superheros as little ones roam from place to place filling up their pumpkins and pillowcases. Stop by South Barstow street to get tons of candy from local businesses!
Also the Trick-or-Treating hours for the City of Eau Claire are 5:00pm-7:30pm!
