Explore your Ayurvedic Constitution

In this workshop, we will explore your individual ayurvedic constitution and what that means. Vata, Pitta, Kapha - what is your unique mixture and how do you best support your natural make-up?

Ayurveda is an ancient form of medicine that is based on finding balance in the mind, body, and spirit systems. "Medicines" utilized generally consist of standard fruits and vegetables, oils, and herbs.

Come prepared to learn about the three doshas (vata, pitta, kapha), nutritional and lifestyle tips to support your innate needs, and factors to consider when caring for yourself.

What do bring/wear:
- Comfortable clothing (layers)
- Please bring a notepad and pen
- Water
‚Äč- Snacks
