Water Street District

The Water Street Business District (BID) was formed in 1990 to allow business and property owners in the Water Street business community to develop, manage, and promote their business district and to establish an assessment method to fund these activities. The Water Street BID stretches along both sides of Water Street from the Chippewa River west to Seventh Avenue.
