Goal: Develop and conduct a membership campaign for Downtown Eau Claire, Inc.

Tasks:

• Develop a membership campaign for DECI
• Create the marketing materials needed for the campaign
• Conduct the campaign

COMMITTEE MISSION

The main mission of the membership committee is to develop the membership campaign for DECI, get it approved by the DECI board of directors, develop the materials needed for the campaign and conduct the campaign.
